  • "Because in the position of business, you need to accommodate what the customer asks for. The high street banks are just big financial organisations. They do not listen to what the customer wants, they just set out the rules and are not flexible with [what] their customers want. More have a personal touch. High street banks are just faceless entities as finance. [The] NatWest bank manager advised me to switch banks years ago. Personal touches from bank managers are gone. You used to be able to go and see your bank manager, and he really knew you and the business. The big banks don't listen to you as a customer."
