One of the managers told me when the recession hit they don't want to be in the property business, but that's what I do." - "They don't give me anything, they just take everything instead. They keep charging me. It's very hard to get in contact with them. At one time I could always speak to a manager, but now it's a protracted call centre. They are all the same. They are screwing us all down. It would be nice to see a bank that doesn't keep charging just for putting money in or taking out. They recently introduced a maintenance charge, which is just ridiculous. I'd like to move banks.
